WORK IN PROGRESS

A set of rules related to bannered personal builds and recognized structures.

Note: Rules can be up for interpretation, if a rule isn't 100% specified, staff are allowed to have the rule to be interpreted as if it were in the list of existing rules. (Example: Tp killing is forbidden, that doesn't mean allowing someone to tp and die to a fall trap is permitted)

1.1: Do not bypass player claims through ingame bugs.

1.2: Being added to a personal build does not permit you to take over its claims or destroy them. This does not mean you cannot steal from personal chests.

2.1: Griefing Recognized structures is not permitted even if you are the owner of the structure.

2.2: Ownership of a recognized structure is determined by who participated in building it.

2.3: You cannot 'allow' someone to use a town, if you let someone use your town to become a faction leader, you are giving over the town permanently.

2.3: Transferring a recognized structure is not reversible unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.

2.4: Only the King/Queen of the faction may unrecognize or allow structures to be recognized.

2.5: Only the King/Queen may reject someone binding an artifact to a factions town.

2.6: Artifacts bound to a structure cannot be moved if the structure is a target of a war.

2.7: Structures cannot be recognized if the province they are being built in is the target of a war.

2.8: All resources produced by settlements are given to the King of the faction unless otherwise agreed upon.

2.9: If a base is located in or near a recognized structure, it will remain banner protected in the event of a siege, and the owner of the base will be given ample time to relocate their base.
